EnerNOC Website Redesign

The assignment was to redesign and develop a new website to successfully position our new Energy Intelligence Software (EIS) in time for our annual user conference, EnergySMART. With five months till the conference, we quickly filled out a creative brief, assessed the strategy for the website, interviewed development and design agencies that would support/supplement the team to meet this aggressive deadline, held writing workshops, assigned tasks among the Marketing team, and set to work.
The overall website redesign team consisted of designers, copywriters, developers, internal and external usability participants, internal stakeholders, and project managers that worked together to complete the project. The design team was also heavily involved in the design, production and experience of our annual user conference. We successfully launched the website with two weeks to spare and executed the three-day conference, with 700+ attendees, time and within budget.
